We woke up to an outside temperature of twenty-three degrees, but that didn’t put a damper on my enthusiasm to have a delicious smoothie!
2/3 C pitted dates
1 1/2 C vanilla soy milk
1-1 1/2 frozen banana chunks
Blend all in the blender. Serves 3. Hint: If you don’t have a Vitamix or Blendtec blender, you will need to cook the dates in a little water before blending so they will blend easily.
